Join us at the BCG Zurich office for our interactive Academy Training, designed to give you a first-hand look at problem solving in strategy consulting.

The event will kick off with an introduction to BCG, where you will gain insights into our culture, values, and what it’s like to be part of our team.

At the core of the workshop is a focused training on how to prepare for interviews at BCG. You will learn directly from experienced BCG consultants how to approach case interviews, break down complex problems, and think in a clear, structured way. You will work through a real example, gaining practical experience with the steps needed to tackle typical consulting challenges.

A dedicated feedback round will allow you to reflect on your approach and receive valuable input to further sharpen your skills. The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and deepen your understanding of both the interview process and a career at BCG.

We will wrap up the evening with a relaxed networking session, where you can connect and exchange with BCGers and fellow participants in an informal setting.

If you are a student from a STEM or non-business background (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in your 3rd semester or beyond and curious about applying to BCG, this workshop is a great opportunity to build relevant skills, gain confidence for interviews, and connect with different BCGers.
