AI Global Platform Engineer – Voice & Automation

We are looking for an AI Global Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical backbone of our international voice and automation platforms. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where your code will directly impact enterprise operations across Europe and Latin America.

What You Will Do

• Core Platform Evolution: Develop and optimize our voicebot platform and its critical infrastructure: STT, TTS, telephony protocols, and advanced LLM orchestration.
• Enterprise AI Architecture: Design and deploy complex conversational architectures and robust RAG pipelines capable of handling real-world, high-volume enterprise constraints.
• Production-Grade LLM Engineering: Integrate and benchmark LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source models) focusing on production realities: latency minimization, cost optimization, and extreme reliability.
• End-to-End Automation: Build enterprise-grade workflows connecting AI systems directly to clients' core business engines.
• Global Delivery: Partner with our delivery teams on high-impact international projects, scaling systems that run for major telecom and corporate players globally.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Solid Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, with a deep understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
• Applied AI Expertise: Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures (not just toy projects, but systems with evaluated performance).
• Infrastructure & Communication: Familiarity with voice/telephony stacks or real-time streaming tools (Twilio, Telnyx, WebSockets, or similar).
• Autonomy & Drive: An entrepreneurial mindset—you can take a complex, ambiguous problem statement and turn it into a scalable production system.
• Professional Fluency in English (C1): The role operates in an international ecosystem.

Nice to Have:

• Italian Fluency: A strong plus for direct exposure to our Italian enterprise clients and core boutique team.
• Spanish Fluency: A significant advantage for leading technical streams in our fast-growing LatAm projects.
• Advanced Automation & UI: Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and basic React knowledge for internal configuration interfaces.
• Academic/Research Background: Master’s or specialized projects from top-tier institutions focused on NLP, Speech Processing, or Distributed Systems.
